present final design, solicit feedback, and gain approval
3. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Where we provide clear and accurate documents to ensure the project is built to fulfill our vision
plans as needed for construction
product specifications for any products selected, as needed for construction
4. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Where we ensure the integrity of the design is upheld during construction
emails/calls to answer GC & sub questions/clarifications
review showroom bids
walk-throughs & site meetings as needed to answer questions and convey design intent
sketches, addendums and revisions to plans & specifications as needed
5. PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION
Where your new design comes to life
prepare documents to solicit competitive bids
provide guidance in the selection of necessary contractors
prepare purchase orders and negotiate fees
track orders from all vendors and make changes as necessary
white glove delivery
on site supervision of installation
create punch list of items that need to be addressed
post occupancy evaluation of satisfaction
